The Advisor, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Digital Reporting will be part of the Digital Reporting Team and is responsible for working on Anaplan use cases, road maps, and assist in building of Anaplan and other models to support our Midstream businesses. The ideal candidate is a team player who possesses strong analytical skills and enjoys solving complex business problems. To be successful, the candidate must act as an internal consultant, able to facilitate problem solving sessions. This individual must also be able to communicate effectively across cross-functional teams and explain complex concepts. The candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is proactive, intellectually curious and possesses the aptitude to work independently.

Responsibilities may include:

  • Support the design and build of Anaplan models to support Phillips 66’s Midstream businesses

  • Maintain and update models on the Anaplan platform to support new business objectives and initiatives

  • Identify and formalize best practices in application building and share them across Finance

  • Provide training to end users on Anaplan models

  • Configure and maintain Anaplan lists, modules, dashboards, and other model settings to meet business needs

Basic/Required Qualifications:

  • Legally authorized to work in the job posting country

  • Bachelor’s degree in a business, logistics, technical or related discipline

  • Certified Anaplan Model builder with 1 or more years of experience

  • Advanced proficency Excel, Microsoft Office and PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications

  • Midstream industry experience

  • 3 or more years of related experience

  • Experience using systems /software such as OneStream, Alteryx, Power BI, etc.

  • Ability to work complex formulas and business need

  • Familiarity with TIPS or other Gas Gathering and Plant Accounting Software

  • Highly motivated, enthusiastic and results oriented

  • Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to interact effectively at all levels of the organization

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks or projects concurrently and work independently

  • Ability to work in a team environment

  • Strong analytical, organizational, decision making

  • Able to plan and prioritize work to meet commitments aligned with organizational goals
